I love pretty pictures and I’ve been tumblr-ing a lot lately. It’s pretty inspiring if you dig your way through the masses and masses of photos, quotes and re-re-re-re-bloggings. Here are some of my photo favourites:

Some of the most realistic oil paintings (!) I’ve seen in a long time. They all create their very own and special atmosphere and feature expressive colours and beautiful tatooed girls.

Chandeliers made of unicorns, cupcakes, and candies…yum, yum. The artist responsible for this kind of creative sweet indulgence is L.A. native (…), Natalia Fabia. (…) Her oil paintings feature a cast of pretty women reveling in moments of both reality-based and fantastical pleasure.

Today I moved my blog to a new server. I should have done that a lot earlier but I was always too lazy to update to one of the new hosting packages (my old one from back in 2004 only had 50MB web space). Now I have 2GB (which is still not a lot for today’s standards) and I still need to figure out what to do with it.

I also started a new project, got back to designing some random stuff and re-discovered my love for Helvetica. Well, it’s become more of a slight obsession.

“It’s air, you know. It’s just there. There’s no choice. You have to breathe, so you have to use Helvetica.”

I’m bored. Like, really bored. I went to the lake, listened to music, went grocery shopping and had way too much chocolate.
